The Accreditation Centre is located at the main SELL Games 2023 venue, University of Tartu Sports Hall (Ujula 4). Upon arrival the Head of Delegation for each university must arrive with the identification documents of the whole delegation and proof of participation fee payment. After this the Head of Delegation will receive the accreditation cards and gift bags for their delegation.

With the SELL Games 2023 accreditation card, everyone has free access to Tartu City public transportation. The exact timetables are available HERE. Routes are available HERE and HERE.
Buses for Discgolf (19th and 20th of May) will leave at 8:00 from the front of Tartu University Sports Hall. After the competition bus is organized to bring you back.
Bus for Orienteering (20th of May) will leave at 10:30 from the front of Tartu University Sports Hall. After the competition bus is organized to bring you back.
All food will be served in the main SELL Games 2023 venue, Tartu University Sports Hall (Ujula 4, Tartu).

Opening ceremony is located at Emajõe Lodjakoda, which is a five minute walk from the main SELL Games 2023 venue University of Tartu Sports Hall (Ujula 4). The opening ceremony will start with an athlete parade from the University of Tartu Sports Hall. Gathering for the parade starts at 20:00 on Friday. The ceremony starts at 21:15 and consists of welcoming the delegations, welcome speeches from the president of the Estonian Academic Sports Federation, the Mayor of Tartu and the President of Estonia. The opening ceremony concludes with a dance-fire show.
The closing ceremony takes place on Sunday at 14:00 at the University of Tartu Sports Hall. Starting with the awarding ceremony of basketball, volleyball and mini-football and concluding with the transfer of the SELL Games flag to the Lithuanian University Sports Association, who will organize the event next year.
Our official entertainment partner is VABANK Tartu nightclub. You can find the SELL Games participants there on both Friday and Saturday nights starting from 23:00. After the opening ceremony, VABANK club is waiting all the participants to the official warm-up party of SELL Games 2023. On Saturday, the official SELL Games 2023 afterparty takes place, where Estonian DJ-duo 2orkiz will play the best hits available based on their experience with entertaining student athletes from previous events organized by the Estonian Academic Sports Federation.
